Storms are possible on Saturday and hail damage for Monticello, New Ulm, Mankato. A National Weather Service (NWS) says air temperatures in the metro area and other parts of the state including Monticello, Stillwater, New Ulm and Mankato will hit between 90 and 95 on Saturday, June 25. According to Bring Me the News, meteorologists are comparing the incoming storm system to one from July 14, 2010, which produced “several tornadoes” from Northfield into west central Wisconsin.
