SUMMARY:
Directs and oversees all departments such as operations, sales, production, and support staff. division of the organization. Aids Owner/Operator in formulating and administering the organizational policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in formulating and administering the organization’s policies and developing long-range goals and objectives.
- Directs and coordinates activities of the department(s) or division for which they are responsible for further attainment of goals and objectives.
- Reviews the analyses of sales and operational activities, expenditures/costs vs. forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Develops and implements strategic plans to accommodate goals.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure that all departments or the division they are responsible for, meets or exceed its goals.
- Represents Company at community and business functions
- Meets with key clients, assisting Account Executives in maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Meets sales goals and controls expenditures of their department(s) or division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Manages elevated issues that may arise with customers an or staff.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four to six years related experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
