Millersberg Construction is a family-owned business that takes pride in delivering quality commercial and residential roofing, storm damage restoration, and exterior remodeling services—along with a level of customer service that is getting harder to find these days! Some local roofing companies do whatever it takes to make the sale, but we instead take the time to educate our customers, so they can make the decisions that are truly the best for them.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Generates new client revenue through direct sales, canvassing, and assigned prospects

- Provides excellent customer service throughout project process
- Understands and communicates information regarding company products and services
- Enhance outreach efficiency by continuing education in industry
- Manages and documents project updates through crm program
- Oversees preparation of sales proposals and tools; Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Construction industry product and sales information.
- Attends and participates in business/trade events as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Well-developed negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-  Creative, flexible, and innovative team player

- Ability to work independently and is self- motivated
- Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

- Sales experience is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

This is a W2 sales position with a base salary of $60,000 + commission. 

Bonus opportunities up to $25k are also available.
